LV adhesive

Duobond LV Adhesive is a two component is a low rise flexible foaming adhesive for bonding of both insulation boards and fleece backed single ply membranes. The adhesive foams once mixed as the result of an exothermic reaction between the two
components, the product can also be produced in two speed grades depending on the climate in which is it to be used. The adhesive can be applied in a bead applied application but can also be spray applied offering versatility depending on the specification and materials in question.

The low rise foam allows for the bonding of a wide range of insulation materials to uneven surfaces and compensates for undulations in the roof surface. The adhesive is compatible with a wide range of substrates commonly encountered in flat roofing applications. As the product is free of harmful solvents it is compatible with both expanded and extruded polystyrene as well as a wide variety of insulation materials listed below.

When bonding fleece backed single ply membranes the low density polymeric foam embeds itself into the fleece fibres creating a strong yet flexible bond. The single product solution for both insulation and fleece backed membranes provides a universal bonding solution and reduces down time on-site.
