Two component polyurethane adhesive for bonding SBS bituminous membranes & fleece-backed single ply membranes to a wide range of substrates
Duobond Membrane Adhesive is a completely non-foaming two-component polyurethane adhesive is specifically designed for adhering SBS bituminous membranes and fleece-backed single ply membranes. In addition to it’s watertight bonding capabilities, it also contains no harmful solvents within the formulation. In line with our commitment to sustainability, Duobond Membrane Adhesive is manufactured with up to 40% bio-renewable materials.
For your convenience, this adhesive is available in user-friendly 1500ml cartridges, ensuring simple and hassle-free application. For larger-scale commercial projects, we offer 40L packs, which can be scaled up to a substantial 400L for pumped application.
When used to bond SBS bituminous membranes, Duobond Membrane Adhesive provides a secure and watertight seal for membrane laps. It offers the same level of durability and sealing performance as bitumen, eliminating the need for open flames and providing a safe and future-proof method of application in the bituminous market. Once applied, due to its exceptional crosslinked cure and polymeric properties it remains unaffected even in extremely low and high temperatures when in service.
