Spraybond^® PVC adhesive was developed to allow for simple, uniform and accurate application on-site whilst decreasing both application and the cure time. Spraybond^® PVC adhesive is suitable for bonding both non-fleece backed and fleece-backed PVC single-ply membranes, allowing it to hold fleece membranes in place quickly with its high tack and grab if required.  

As the product is sprayed it ensures a consistent coat of adhesive is achieved, which can be time-consuming when using roller-applied adhesives thus Spraybond^® PVC adhesive halves the application time compared with roller application. Due to the extremely high-tack nature of the product, you can be confident of a simple installation when bonding on vertical details, saving time and ensuring the installation goes smoothly.

Spraybond^® PVC adhesive has a significant advantage over traditional rubber-based adhesive for bonding PVC single-ply membranes as it’s manufactured using the latest polyurethane technology. The polyurethane formulation gives a significantly increased performance in terms of bond strength and extremely high-temperature resistance. This ensures that even in the harshest climates Spraybond^® PVC adhesive will perform as required.
